Noor is a benefactor of Hodges' de facto civil service patronage hiring policy.
While all perpetrators are presumed innocent until proven guilty the facts are fairly clear, Justine Damond was murdered by Mohamed Noor a Minneapolis police officer who was unfit ‘To protect with courage and serve with compassion.’
Why did Noor reach across his partner; who was next to Damond and perceived no threat, fire multiple shots through the squad car window into Damond? Was he so extremely offended by the presence of an infidel woman improperly covered by wearing just pajamas that he was commanded by allah to kill her?
Justine's blood is on the hands of Mayor Mary Hodges. The police department under the command of Chief Janee Harteau is complicit to the murder by hiring and retaining Noor, a proven troubled rookie officer. City policy capitalizes on identify politics over merit, ability, and loyalty to nation for the purpose of currying the favor of a segment of a balkanized community by design.
Hodges has a multi-hyphenated political pedigree: islam-O-phile, Dhimmi, islam-O-apologist, Progressive, and member of the Minnesota Democratic–Farmer–Labor Party (DFL). The DFL is a social liberal party affiliated with the Democratics. The DFL was formed by a merger of the Minnesota Democratic Party and the social democratic Minnesota Farmer–Labor Party in 1944. The DFL, is to the far left of the Democratic Party. Think of Hillary’s Mao inspired pantsuits with the iconic blue corduroy jackets of FFA (Future Farmers of America).
On the Rachel Maddow Show, Hodges said that she would not comply with President Trump's executive order to protect America from terrorism and illegal aliens. Under Hodges Minneapolis will continue to harbor non-assimable, social parasites and other enemies of America.
In May instead of doing so at city hall during the regular city council meeting, Hodges removed her shoes and presented the State of the City address at the Masjid an-Nur mosque. Hodges repeated her commitment to resist President Trump and stand in the way of his “attack and unfairly targeted policy” against Muslims. “When Donald Trump comes after any part of our community, he’ll find 419,000 Minneapolitans and me standing squarely in his way,” she said. “That’s the kind of wall I can support.”
What are Hodges’ motives? Votes, a social (“free” govt) services dependent under class, chicken shiite and follow the money.
Minnesota is home to many chicken processing plants that require vast amount of cheap unskilled laborers.
The Non Profit “Refugee Resettlement Program” is very, very lucrative. In FY 2015, the State Department, through the Bureau of Population, Refugees and Migration and the Office of Refugee Resettlement, spent over $1 billion on these programs, which settled international “refugees” in all 50 states and the District of Columbia. The federal government spent hundreds of millions of dollars more than that on refugees, however. The Department of Health and Human Services also provided a number of “entitlements” to these refugees.
